Lust, Caution (終於看了色戒)

I am still under the strong impact of this movie, so I am not able to write anything big about it. Great director, great actors. The story is so sad yet disturbing. The idea of being loyal to your nation and your people is how I was brought up, therefore I am so familiar with the passion and emotion that the characters have in the movie.

So glad that this movie is shown at Enzian theatre. I've been waiting for it coming to Florida. I've read the original short story and Eileen Chang was always my favorite writer. There has been several film makers made movies out of her novels or short stories. I think Ang Lee is the only one that successfully transferred her words to the screen.

I know what you mean by "still under the strong impact". I couldn't sleep the night I watched Lust/Caution, the scenes and lines from the movie haunted me for a week until I got over it. Amazing movie...
