這兩樣東西也是我冰箱裡必備的呢! ^_^
這幾天星瑤既沒畫Mickey,也沒新文章,想必很認真地在趕稿!
手會痛的話, 是不是妳的手腕姿勢或是桌椅的位置不太對~~~
要記得定時甩動!動一動.休息一下
另外,可能要冰敷或熱敷!
(兩者何時用,我一直搞不清楚,所以不敢亂說)
