Deep fried bean curd with garlic sauce. You can buy this snack at roadside stand.
Cold noodles with different sauces like roast pork, Kimchi, etc. Usually served with miso soup.

臭豆腐是我在美國最想念的食物之一，
因為根本買不到。
這張照片拍的臭豆腐，
是在公館誠品後面那條巷子的一家涼麵店，
涼麵蠻好吃的。

不管歐洲起士怎麼好吃,都比不上臭豆腐的臭!
我想我大概會和你一樣,在德國這裏想念那臭味,
