牛肉鑲青椒配couscous

今天的晚餐。

[牛肉鑲青椒]

材料:

絞牛肉1盒
大香菇1個
青椒6個
青蔥3支
小蘿蔔(radish)8顆
醬油2大匙
鹽、黑胡椒少許
米酒1大匙
太白粉1大匙
橄欖油

做法:

1.烤箱預熱375度F。
2.將香菇、小蘿蔔、青蔥剁碎,跟牛絞肉一起放在一個大碗內,加入醬油、胡椒、鹽、米酒和太白粉攪拌均勻。
3.青椒縱切成兩半,去籽去蒂。
4.將攪拌好的內餡填入青椒內。
5.用少許橄欖油抹在青椒外皮。
6.在烤盤上抹上少許橄欖油,將青椒排入,烤盤上面以錫箔紙輕輕覆蓋,放入烤箱中烤30分鐘。

[couscous]

材料:

Couscous 2杯
水2杯
鹽少許
奶油2茶匙

做法:

1.用一只小鍋將水煮沸,加入鹽。
2.將couscous倒入鍋中,迅速攪拌。
3.熄火,將鍋從爐上移開,蓋上蓋子。
4.燜大約4-5分鐘,加入奶油攪拌均勻。
5.上桌前先用湯匙或叉子將結塊的couscous拌鬆。
6.上面可以灑一些蔥花或香菜。
